This was a wonderful experience. I went in on a Friday afternoon, there was a complimentary offer of tea or coffee My appointment was very fast, and immediately Identified my problem. They have a wide array of Frames from Free pairs with the NHS to designer Frames. Within a week my new glasses were ready for pick up and after a couple minutes of adjusting the frame to fit better I was sent home with better vision. I cannot recommend anywhere else.
Very warm welcome from the moment we stepped in. Staff are all very friendly and polite. Felt very at home. Complimentary variety of hot drinks. Professional team, very thorough. Very pleased how they tested my eyes and daughter's eyes and their recomendations when choosing the right lenses and frames that were right for us. I'm very impressed at the speed they arrived too, was unexpected.
I cannot say enough great things about this Branch. They made the whole process easy. The examination was amazing – thanks Julie, the staff are professional. Abbas helped me pick out the best pair of glasses I ever got (with no pressure) and the vision is like Hi definition TV. The aftercare has been exceptional! When I’ve urgently required replacement glasses (non-standard lenses) they’ve been able to turn it around within 48hrs! Would definitely recommend you pop in.
